Founding Director
With over 22 years of experience in the medical industry, including over 11 years in executive roles, Kendall Schutz is a highly experienced Healthcare Consultant. With diplomas in Practice Management, Accounting, and Human Resources, she has a solid foundation in both operational and financial aspects of healthcare.
Kendall has worked in dermatology, urology, orthopaedics, ENT, nurse practitioners, and allied health fields. Nexus Co Solutions is driven by her passion for helping healthcare organisations streamline operations and optimize team structures. To ensure long-term success, Kendall helps medical professionals build efficient, well-organized practices.
Outside of her professional life, Kendall enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, an Australian Shepherd and a Cavoodle. She is passionate about maintaining a balanced, healthy lifestyle while continuing to innovate in healthcare consulting.
Natasha Threadgold

With over 20 years of experience within the healthcare industry, Natasha brings a wealth of expertise to every endeavour. Natasha is known for her outstanding interpersonal and analytical skills, strategic vision, building healthy workplace cultures and a proven track record of scaling businesses. Her ability to lead, mentor, engage and motivate teams has been pivotal in her executive leadership roles.
Having worked across many specialties including: Oncology, Haematology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, Urology, Allied Health, Colorectal, Anaesthetics, Respiratory & Sleep, Dermatology, Geriatrics, ENT, Infectious Diseases and Gynaecology she is able to quickly understand the unique needs of each discipline and tailor strategic, operational, and financial solutions that drive real and lasting outcomes.
Outside of work, Natasha treasures time with her family and friends, including her grandchildren and values the importance of staying connected and creating lasting memories. She also enjoys playing golf, living an active, healthy lifestyle and is known for her adventurous spirit and "can-do" attitude. Natasha embraces life fully, her kind, empathetic, and caring nature shines through in everything she does — leaving a positive and lasting impression on those around her.
Luke Marsden

As Chief Technology Officer, Luke leverages over 9 years of experience in the Royal Australian Air Force, where he specialised in cyber security, intelligence, and ICT systems.
His experience in assessing, managing, and responding to cyber security incidents is further enhanced by his time at Deloitte. During his time there, Luke improved cyber resilience and streamlined IT operations.
